by mixed stats, he meant a fire requirement with HCT spawning. the HCT spawning can't be changed and neither can the fire req, so it's worth poop.

Agreed. The "HCT Spawning Power" with "req Fire" kills the whole price.
You might get a few k since it's a quite rare skin. |
